Chip LockK-Tech 67 is a state-of-the-art, ECO-friendly asphalt emulsion designed for chip seal applications. This high-performance asphalt treatment is excellent for use on streets, highways and commercial pavements. It provides 3-5 years of protection. K-Tech 67 is often used to re-lock the stone on existing chip and seal roads or is often topped with a thin layer of sand or slag sand.

Crack & Joint SealantK-Tech 1190 is a hot pour crack and joint sealant for portland cement and asphaltic pavements. As an economical and effective preventative maintenance treatment, K-Tech 1190 prolongs pavement life by sealing cracks and joints from water penetration, which cause base failure and potholes. K-Tech 1190 is formulated with select asphaltic resins, synthetic polymeric rubbers, plasticizers, stabilizers, and a blend of organic and inorganic reinforcing fillers. When properly melted and applied, it forms a resilient and adhesive compound for both cement and asphaltic pavements. K-Tech 1190 forms a long-lasting seal which resists tracking in warm temperatures and remains flexible in cold temperatures.

It has superior bonding characteristics to both asphalt and cement surfaces. K-Tech 3405 offers high resiliency, ductility, and resistance to weathering. K-Tech 3405 forms a long-lasting seal which resists tracking in warm temperatures and remains flexible in cold temperatures.

Crack & Joint SealantKT -PL is a specialty grade, premium quality joint sealant compound. It is designed for use in oil-jacketed kettles with heat controls for both oil and sealant. It can also be used in bottom-fired kettles providing that it is equipped with a mechanical agitator system. KT - PL is relatively hard and has a high softening point, which makes it well suited for parking lots.
